Our concept

After 15 years working on the Greek islands George decided it was time to go home. Having come to this realisation he started thinking about how best to represent Greece in sunny Devon.

Devon already had beaches, and sunshine doesn’t travel well, so George decided to bring lunch…

… and Polly Nostimos was created!

Polly Nostimos is not only our name, it’s also our ethos, as it literally means “very tasty” in Greek. Our little Greek food truck has been out and about in South Devon since 2015, and our little Greek kitchen, established in 2024, can be found in central Exeter.

Our mission is to bring healthy, happy, holiday food to the city centre.

Our menu has been lovingly created to make you feel like you’re on holilday, whilst also being light enough and healthy enough to avoid the obligatory siesta afterwards!
